The information technology has changed from management information system to enterprise resource planning and then cloud computing environment. The different organizations are adopting different HR software modules for integrating their HR functions. The present research in its endeavor identifies the extent to which different HR tools are in use in selected organizations in Odisha. This paper also explores difference in use pattern Electronic HRM tools in context.Keywords
